Contact us
Small independent site, no contact form, no ticket number. Send an email and a person reads it.
Corrections beat compliments. If something here is wrong, that is the message we want most, and it goes to the top of the pile. Worth writing to us about:
- A tour on this site whose price, route, pickup point or cellar door list has changed. Itineraries move more than you would think out there: a stop drops off the run the week a cellar door changes its hours, a lunch venue swaps, a pickup shifts from one corner of the CBD to another. We would rather hear it from you than notice three months late.
- Operators: send us your updated data and we will use it, with one condition. We re-read the figure on your live listing before it goes on a page, because everything printed here has to survive two independent reads. That applies to your numbers exactly as it applies to everyone else's, and it is the reason the site is worth reading.
- A wine tour running out of Melbourne that is not on the site. If it has a real, currently bookable listing page with published departures and a displayed price, send the link. Thin review records and quote-on-request charters do not get cards, but they can still earn a mention in a guide.
- A question about one of these tours that neither the FAQ nor our guides answers.

What we cannot help with
We cannot take a booking, change a date, cancel a reservation or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. Every tour on this site is sold and operated by somebody else, and your reservation sits with them from the moment you pay.
So if the question is about a booking you have already made, the fastest route is the confirmation email you were sent. It carries your reference number, the pickup window, the exact meeting point and a message button that reaches the people actually driving that day. On a same-day question that is always quicker than us, and on a weather call it is the only channel that can answer.
Three things worth checking on that confirmation before you email anyone. Where the day starts: most of these tours collect in the CBD, at Parliament Station, Federation Square, the NGV, the Grand Hyatt or a short list of hotel doors, and the premium small-group days pick up from selected hotels instead. When: several operators confirm the exact window 24 to 48 hours ahead by message rather than at the moment you book, so a vague time on your booking screen is normal rather than a problem. And bring photo ID, because tasting is 18 and over at every cellar door and staff check anyone who looks under 25.
Still deciding which tour? The three groups on the homepage narrow 12 tours down faster than we can by email, and the FAQ covers how these listings are chosen and where the numbers come from.
